The auction portal Escrapalia has launched six new real estate assets from Reyal Urbis for public auction for 4.9 million euros , adding to the eight that already went on sale last month. These are four urban plots for residential use.
The first of all, which is located in Albacete , has 40,456 m2 and goes up for auction from 450,000 euros. Las Palmas de Gran Canaria has another plot of land of 577 m2 from 550,000 euros. For its part, in Yebes (Guadalajara) a 4,113 m2 plot will be auctioned for 305,000 euros.
In Manises (Valencia) , the land has 61 m2 and is Job Seekers Phone Numbers List auctioned for an initial price of 30,000 euros. Finally, it also has a rustic land in Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz) , which contains 13 properties on 577 m2, all for a price starting at 550,000 euros. The only office with two parking spaces auctioned is located in Vigo and has 358 m2 for a price of 385,000 euros.
The joint appraisal value in the liquidation plan reaches 17.6 million euros for all these assets, as reported by the portal in a statement.
Any individual, company or investor can participate in the auctions, after free registration in Escrapalia. As a commitment of real interest, to bid for the assets, guarantee deposits must be made, the value of which will depend on the auctioned lot.
Reyal Urbis had a land bank of 7.8 million m2
Reyal Urbis emerged in 2007 after the merger of two large companies, Inmobiliaria Urbis and Construcciones Reyal, after the previous acquisition of 96.41% of the share capital of Urbis by Reyal through a Public Acquisition Offer (OPA).
As of December 31, 2012, Reyal Urbis had a total land bank of 7.8 million square meters of buildable space above ground, which made it one of the main European companies in the residential development activity, with a portfolio in rent of more than 459 million euros.
After almost two years of negotiations with creditors during which all types of alternatives were studied to find a solution and failing to reach a refinancing agreement with its creditors, Reyal Urbis filed voluntary bankruptcy proceedings on February 19, 2013, which was accepted by order of Commercial Court number 6 on March 4, 2013.
On September 1, 2017, the court notified an order to liquidate the company , dictating its dissolution, as well as the dismissal of the company administrators.
